JOHN BARGWANNA

I was born in Cowra and started at Norman C. Bellamy in 1968 as a stockman. Under the guidance of the late Reg Chivers, I began auctioneering in 1970. In the last 30 years, I've seen many bright ideas on how to get more money for your livestock, but the auction system always comes home with the best results. In my opinion, Cowra has undoubtedly the best lamb market on the eastern seaboard, and I'm proud to give our clients the sort of personalised service they deserve.

STEVE NASH

I've been a stock and station agent since 1972, with a tertiary education and many associated diploma and industry certificates adding to my experience. I've worked for agencies in the Condobolin, Young, Cootamundra, Merriwa and Walgett areas, gaining invaluable industry experience and insight along the way. Since joining NCB in 2000 and becoming a director, I have reveled in being able to use my contacts and information to achieve the best results for our clients' livestock marketing.

DAMIEN STEPHENSON

I was raised on a family livestock enterprise at Tumbarumba in the Snowy Mountains and spent a considerable amount of time with my father at sale yards in southern and central NSW. This gave me the impetus to embark on a career as a stock and station agent. After finishing my tertiary education, I commenced my career with Wesfarmers Dalgety in Tumbarumba and Bathurst, and then moved to Forbes before a stint at Bourke. I have been in the agency business for 10 years and am proud to be part of a family company with a long-standing tradition of offering the highest level of professional service.

MATT BARGWANNA

I'm the new man to join NCB, but am also the third generation of Bargwanna stockman to walk the catwalk. I bring eight years of customer service experience to the business and am thriving in my role as auctioneer and stockman. Like my grandfather and father before me, I love everything about the process of weighing, yarding and trucking livestock, as well as giving our clients all the best options for their stock and property.
